1. What Ranqer Does

Ranqer is a marketing automation platform that helps businesses discover relevant Reddit communities, generate comment drafts using AI, and manage publication workflows. By using Ranqer, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share access or let others use your account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ranqer to spam, harass, or deceive anyone
  • Violate Reddit's terms of service or content policies
  • Publish misleading or harmful content through the platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Ranqer uses artificial intelligence to generate comment drafts and analyze content. AI outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published. Ranqer does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated text.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Credits included in your plan are consumed when content is published. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your product information and any content you create. Ranqer retains ownership of the platform, its design, code, and AI models. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ranqer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
